Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pridyx (“we”, “us”, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who May Use Pridyx

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pridyx. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

2. No Real-Money Gaming

Pridyx is a free-to-play prediction game. There is no wagering, no entry fees, no purchase of tokens that can be redeemed for money or prizes, and no real-world monetary prizes awarded through gameplay. Ranking points, XP, and any virtual currency inside the Service have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

3. Your Account

  • One account per person.
  • You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users.
  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or that depicts or promotes violence against any person or group.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access, scrape, or manipulate the Service, leaderboards, or predictions.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or circumvent security of the Service.
  • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or unsolicited advertising.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our discretion.

5. User Content & Moderation

You retain ownership of the content you post (predictions, comments, reactions, usernames, avatars). By posting, you grant Pridyx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior:

  • A profanity and hate-speech filter is applied to comments and usernames.
  • Any user can report a comment or another user directly from the comment or profile.
  • Any user can block another user from interacting with them.
  • We review reports and act on them within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We reserve the right to remove content and ban users without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Pridyx and protected by applicable laws. Match data, team logos, and competition information are provided by third-party sources and used under license. You may not copy or redistribute the Service without our permission.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and removes your predictions, comments, relationships, and profile within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that predictions or insights are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. Match data is supplied by third parties and may contain errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pridyx, its officers, and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed USD $100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pridyx harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
