Common issues
I forgot my password
Open the login pageand tap “Forgot password?” — we email a reset link to the address on your account. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam or email us.
I didn’t get the email confirmation
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, sign up again with the same email or email support@pridyx.comand we’ll resend it.
My prediction wasn’t scored
Predictions are scored automatically once the match finishes. Scoring can take up to 30 minutes after the final whistle while we reconcile data from our providers. If a match ended more than a few hours ago and your prediction still shows as pending, email us with the match name and date and we’ll investigate.
I want to delete my account
Open the app → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Confirm by typing DELETE. All your data — predictions, comments, friends, avatar — is permanently removed within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
How do I block or report another user?
- On any comment: tap the ⋯ menu → Report or Block user.
- On a profile: tap the ⋯ menu next to Follow → Block user.
- Manage blocked users in Settings → Privacy → Blocked users.
We review reports within 24 hours and act on them per our Terms of Service.
Push notifications aren’t arriving
Check your device’s notification settings for Pridyx is enabled at the OS level. On iOS: Settings → Pridyx → Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → Pridyx → Notifications. If they’re enabled and still silent, sign out and back in — this re-registers your push token with our servers.
